About us

Built by ops people, for ops problems.

StoreFox Co. started in 2022 because both founders had spent years watching e-commerce brands hit the same wall — growing faster than their operational infrastructure.

Marta had spent six years as operations director at a mid-size fashion DTC brand in Barcelona. The brand grew from €800K to €4M in three years. The ops infrastructure didn't keep up. By year three, Marta was managing order exceptions in the evenings, chasing suppliers on weekends, and onboarding a new ops hire every quarter who left within six months.

Daniel came from Zalando's operations team in Berlin, where he spent four years building supplier coordination systems for a platform processing millions of orders a month. When he left to consult independently, his first three clients had the same problem Marta's brand had — at a tenth the scale.

They met at a DTC conference in Lisbon in late 2021 and had the same conversation about the same problem for two hours. StoreFox Co. was incorporated in Barcelona in February 2022.

The name is functional, not clever. A fox is methodical, works at night when no one's watching, and knows the terrain. That's roughly what we do.

What we actually believe
1

Ops work is invisible until it breaks.

Nobody notices when orders go out correctly and returns are processed on time. They notice when they don't. Our job is to stay invisible.

2

Narrow scope beats broad promises.

We work exclusively with Shopify and WooCommerce brands. That's a real constraint, and it's why we're useful within it.

3

Documentation is the work, not the output.

If a process isn't written down, it doesn't exist reliably. Every engagement starts with and stays grounded in written documentation.

4

Small teams have an advantage — if they use it.

6–10 people means every client gets a named account manager and direct founder access when needed. We plan to keep the team small on purpose.

Where we work

Barcelona-based. EU-focused.

Our team is distributed across Barcelona, Berlin, and Warsaw — which means we cover CET business hours without gaps, and we understand how e-commerce operations work across the markets most of our clients sell into.

We work with brands in Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. We take on clients outside the EU case by case, after an initial consultation to understand the fulfilment context.
