Daily handling of your Shopify or WooCommerce order queue — exceptions, delays, customer escalations, and returns processing. We work in your existing tools and maintain a shared ops log updated daily.

Supplier Coordination

We manage your PO lifecycle, track inbound shipments, and flag discrepancies before they become stockouts or overstocks. You get a weekly supplier status report without having to compile it yourself.

Who this is for: Brands working with 3–20 suppliers across multiple countries where PO tracking happens in spreadsheets and email threads.

We don't negotiate supplier contracts or handle supplier payments. Coordination scope is operational, not commercial.

A structured review of your current order flow, returns process, supplier management, and tool stack. Delivered as a written document — not a slide deck — with specific, prioritised recommendations.

Who this is for: Brands that know something is broken but don't have time to figure out exactly what. Also useful before bringing on any new ops resource.

Connecting your Shopify or WooCommerce store to 3PL systems, Akeneo, ERPs, or supplier portals. We handle the setup and documentation so your team knows how the integration works, not just that it does.
